Richard Parsons Five Keys to Leadership
Richard Parsons, CEO and chairman of Time Warner (for now), offered these five keys to leadership in a speech at Columbia Business School last week.
Set a course / have a vision. Define the big picture.
Be able to communicate. Bring people to the vision.
Empower others. Show what part of the vision they are responsible for.
Execution: get the job done. Have accountability for results
Integrity: do what it is right. Get people’s trust.
